Add five drops of Castor Oil in half a cup of plain water, fruit or vegetable juice and drink it on an empty stomach. You should drink this in the morning to prevent allergies in the intestinal tract, nasal passage or skin.

2. Lime

Consume a quantity of 500 ml of carrot juice daily.
If you want to consume a combination of juices the proportion should be as follows:
Beet: 100 ml
Cucumber: 100 ml
Carrot: 300 ml
Total mixed Juice: 500 ml or 1/2 litre
4. Bananas

How to Consume Bananas?
Eat one or two ripe bananas every day.
5. Nutrients

Step1 (4-5 days):
To start – for the first 4-5 days fast on fresh fruit juices.

Step 2 (1st Week):
After you finish with the fresh fruit juice fast start a mono-diet of fruits and vegetables. These could be apples, grapes and carrots for a week.
Step 3 (2nd Week):
After one week of Step 2 – add one more food to the mono-diet.
Step 4 (3rd Week):
After Step 3 – Second food could be added to the mono-diet.
Step 5 (4th Week):
Add a third food to the mono-diet.
Step 6:
After the 4th Week is over, you could add protein foods to the diet one at a time.

Foods you should exclude from your diet are:
