How to visualise your life
Realise visualise live life king size
With all due respect to you, today, you are where you want to be in life period. If you are happy this moment with your life it’s your choice and so are the millions of other choices that make up your life and the shape it is in today. There are happy bits, sad bits the fear bits the love bits all are part of you, how you see yourself, its how you visualise your life. So before you go any further accept that you are the creator of you.
Believe in yourself
Now onto the next step, all of us are in the ‘today moment’ but that never stops us from looking at a tomorrow and where we can be.It’s this hope factor that gives us the fuel to move forward. Next, you will ask so how do I get to that golden tomorrow. My formula is by one believing and two creating tomorrow, have faith in yourself and your tomorrow.
Make room for tomorrow
Simply that means you have to make room for tomorrow the life you want to live and believe in that tomorrow. Start to live the life you want tomorrow today … For example, if you are a rookie race driver and want to become an F1 race driver with ‘all the perks’ included, campaign pretty ladies on the arm etc you have to begin to live that life. Now I don’t mean head for the track straight but begin by reading about the life and times of the big race drivers like Schumi and Louis Hamilton for instance. Think of the person you want to be your ideal your goal, and next think of a person who has already achieved that goal in life.
Think about what it’s like to be an F 1 driver, how a driver acts, how he thinks how he feels what are his habits. Read as much as you can about the life of a F1 driver see videos, watch interviews, read biographies.
Create the thoughts to match your goal
Slowly your mind will begin to pattern itself on the ace drivers of the world, your thoughts will match and your goal will become clearer and clearer. How our mind works is to build its tomorrow from images from experience. Since you do not have the experience firsthand the more you read and see the more your mind will imbibe and build on ….creating that tomorrow for you.
Hold on to the feeling
A very important part of Creative visualisation is the process of holding on to your goal throughout the day until you achieve your goal. If you call up feelings of elation and happiness and pride and confidence and the peace you will gain after achieving your goal. Picture yourself achieving the goal and repeatedly affirm the belief and you will soon attract success to yourself, therein lies the answer of how to visualise your life.
Make it a daily habit
if you were to follow my way I’d say visualise every day its a good habit. I set aside a specific time every day to creatively visualise the goal I have set for myself. I usually do this for ten minutes before going to sleep, you could do it in the morning when you awake as well. Make it a habit of visualising your goal every day.
And very soon, before you know it Varooooooooommmmm… your life takes off in the direction of your ideal, your goal.
One word of caution, however, this method has to be used in achieving a goal not just imbibing a lifestyle… you don’t become a winner by just wearing a crown.
