During the Pandemic Denzil has taken this ministry online and is Yoga and Meditation mentor to a large set of students online who come to him for sessions and classes from across the world on Apps Like Insight Timer and Aura.
He has since taken that ministry offline to the real world to conduct Workshops Courses and Retreats in Mind Body Healing and Self Help across the world

Denzil works with energies through a #switchnheal technique that assists others to connect with their natural inner healer. Many who have terminal and medically incurable diseases are healed using a combination of breathwork (pranayama) and energy to assist modern medication in the process.
Denzil is a trained yoga and meditation mentor having studied yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Society.
His meditative practices come from deep interactions with the yogic Buddhist and Reiki energy practices. He holds an International Reiki Masters Certificate from the Mikao Usui school Japan
Over the years Denzil has lead and taught meditative yogic and healing practices across the world and has co-founded Wellness Works a brand that pioneers wellbeing online following the above traditions
