1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered through wellnessworks.in, including:

•  Energy healing sessions
•  Ayurveda guidance sessions
•  Reiki and Pranic healing sessions
•  Online courses and programs
•  Workshops and classes
•  Retreats and residential programs
•  Digital products or downloadable content

We aim to offer flexibility while also respecting the time, preparation, and
logistical resources involved in each service.

2. Online Consultation / Healing Sessions (Online or In-Person) Cancellations by Client

• Cancellations made a week or more before the session:
  Full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session:
  free reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session:
  No refund. You may request one reschedule at our discretion.
• Please note some Healing aand consultations have their own terms for
  cancellation . In that case the individuals rule will apply No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and do not inform us:
No refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen situation: You may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session.

3. Online Courses and Digital Products

Instant Access / Digital Items
All digital products—meditations, recordings, PDFs, self-paced courses—are non-refundable once delivered, as access is immediate and irrevocable.
Live or Cohort-Based Online Courses

• Cancellations 60 days the course start date:
  Full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 30 days of course start:
  Refund of 30%. Or reschedule.
• After the course has begun: No refund.

4. Workshops (Online or In-Person)

• Cancellations 60 days before the workshop date:
  Full refund.
• Cancellations 60–30 days before:
  30% refund.
• Cancellations thereafter:
  No refund due to venue, logistics, and material commitments.

5. Retreats & Residential Programs

Retreats involve significant advance planning, accommodation arrangements, and vendor commitments. Therefore:

Booking Deposit

• All deposits (typically 10–30%) are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferable to another person for the same retreat
  (subject to approval).

Cancellations

• Cancel 60+ days before the retreat:
  Refund of any amount paid minus the deposit.
• Cancel 30–60 days before:
  Refund of 30% of the amount paid (deposit non-refundable).
• Cancel less than 30 days before:
  No refund.

Retreat Cancellations by Us

If the retreat is cancelled by us for any reason:

• You will receive a full refund, including deposit.
• We are not responsible for travel, flight, or visa expenses.

6. Transfer of Booking

You may NOT transfer your booking (session, workshop, or retreat) to another person in your place, unless special permission for the same is granted in
writing by the owners of this website. Please email us to arrange this.

7. Medical or Emergency Situations

If you are unable to attend due to a verified medical emergency, we may offer:

Credit towards a future session or retreat

This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis after sufficient proof is furnished by
you.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 7–14 business days.
• Payment gateway charges or international transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
