This video of meditation tips for beginners is about breathing. During a regular day, how much do we focus on our breathing? Not much, the same goes for breathing during meditation. This video takes the effort out of breathing while you meditate. So how is it done? Here is a bit of technique, relax your shoulders, breathe deeply, and let your belly expand as you inhale. Remember it is important to watch your breathing, do not attempt to change it. Do not stress about breathing do not stress about meditation . Close your eyes and just be in the moment.
