One of the biggest challenges in meditation for beginners is to control our thoughts.When we are meditating  thoughts fly through our mind making concentration and attention are very difficult.
Thoughts are one of the biggest stumbling blocks in the path of the meditation student.
And yet it’s quite simple, during mindfulness meditation you  take note of thought sounds aches and pains notice them as if they were strangers on the street whom you are pass as you drive by not stopping to chat with. Let the thoughts let them pass and then gently bring your attention back  to your breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts they become adamant.
